Memberships are based on CALENDAR YEAR & can be obtained by mailing in a paper copy of the application below along with a check or pay your dues at any club event.

    - Open to Non-Profit organizations
    - Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis
    - Not all applications will be considered
    - Applications must be submitted 2 weeks prior to event
    - Availability depends on schedule of board members & CAC calendar
